I am a regular Aldi customer, but today I had a very unpleasant experience. The cashier, Connor, questioned me about the contents of a shopping bag from Burlington that I had in my cart. I had stopped at Burlington before coming to Aldi to buy a few things for my grandchildren. As I was about to pay, Connor asked me to take the items out of the bag. Busy Friday afternoon. One cashier open.
I want to specially say thank you to Bryan, he went above and beyond by helping me with the pick order I got every week (I was kind of upset with the service, always got the fruits in bad condition) but he was very helpful and collaborative, definitely fix what his co-workers did wrong! Thank you! And overall the store is goor and organized!
