I usually enjoy shopping at Aldi's stores, but this location has a very grubby littered parking lot and littered green space of the property. I personally own commercial property and am a volunteer litter picker on street areas of the city of Fayetteville, and find this place not kept clean for environment and customers. Not keeping the property cleaned of litter causes rodents and bugs. Also not cleaning the Aldi's areas shows to your customers of not caring. Always fast friendly service. Have ever only had one glitch with online order. It was resolved quickly and my money was released back to me. Definitely a happy customer!
I have shopped at this location for years but in the past 12 months it has really gone downhill. Everything is filthy! The carts, fixtures, coolers and floors. The self-checkout registers are always sticky and covered in slime. I don't think any of these things are ever wiped down. I feel like I need to shower off after I've shopped here. The employees are also very rude.
