Today I visit this store for the first time. It was bad produce with fruit flies. The cashier SOPHIA was unfriendly and throwing my food in the cart with no care. Crushing my food and when she throw my bread on the top of everything instead of front. I ask her to stop throwing my food around politely. T h e produces are always priced affordable. Consitant pricing with certain fruits and veggies. To me, meats are always packaged well and cost is lower that some of the other big name supermarkets.
I shouldn’t have to request cashiers to open on a Saturday at 1 pm but they only had one open and it was slow. Once they opened two cashiers, they rolled.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Aldi today due to my interaction with the cashier, Sophia. Before she even began scanning my groceries, she insisted that I insert my payment card first. I politely asked why I had to provide my card before my groceries were even rung up because I have never been required to do that at Aldi or any other grocery store.
