I've been shopping here since 2018 through two reorganizations and a move. I like it. The staff is always friendly, they have self check out if you aren't feeling chatty, the bathrooms are always clean and Im able to do most of my shopping here and get lots of little birthday and holiday gifts.
I normally love ALDI. I've been to a few locations several times and have never had a problem. On January 26 just after 5pm, I encountered the rudest cashier I've ever met. I had a box with approximately ten items. He rung them up and placed them in the cart next to him. I started filling my box with the items I purchsed and he told me my total. Great neighborhood market
I'll start by saying Aldi is an amazing company and store. Their prices and products are good. There are things that need to be looked at and tweaked, though. First thing, they now only have one employee checking people out. All the rest of the checkouts are done by customers. What happens with this is a lot of the customers get in the ONE line where an employee is checking customers out. So, there's typically a long wait at that line.
