We come to Aldi together with my husband. Rules for buy eggs:2 dozen per customer, the cashier refuses give us 3 dozen. So she discriminates me like customer!!!!!!! I offered pay separately but she said:no.  This is horrible service, I am not against rules, but this was really unreasonable and I fill horrible

I purchased a Ferrex 6 gallon wet and dry vacuum cleaner. When I arrived home it was missing several parts, it looked like it was a return. There were no more in the store so I called customer service. At the time of my call I was told to allow the manufacture 7 days from the day of the call to get back to me. I was told that they didn’t have any number for the manufacture they could provide me with. Fast forward 6 months later, I am told to contact the manufacture. Racist and xenophobic store overall… Cashier, Hollie, was extremely out of pocket and racist to my senior mother and grandmother. Was told to “shut the fuck up, get the fuck out of the store, dumb Mexicans,” etc. a plethora of insults with no shame in front of the whole store. This was a response from the Aldi employees when returning items with receipt in hand. I bought chicken there that was oily, black meat and bones covered in wax. Absolutely not for an approved for human consumption. Prices were triple then what they were one month ago. I would leave the area.

Aldi's Forked River is horrible. DONT EVER SHOP THERE. In a world, where customer service is the difference, they offer nothing. While shopping there I wasted 30 minutes looking for a sales rep. They only had one cashier working. Not a single person on the sales floor. When I called, "Cheng" answered the phone. I expressed my product concern, and she said the GM would call me back. He never did. PLEASE don't shop there. They could be different but have GIVEN UP.
