Why in the world would you get rid of your self checkout lanes?!?! The line is 5 times longer than normal. Guess no more shopping here anymore.
I usually love Aldi and everything about it. Yesterday I had a poor experience with customer service at checkout. My card did not work and I had to pay using two cards actually... The cashier was bothered by this and actually refused to allow a man behind me to help me! She just suspended my transaction and made me move aside.
