I had 2 items 2 customers that were ahead of me have 30-40 items each and took forever and no extra lines opened up, aldi needs to step it up get self checkout and get employees that are more competent

I’ve been getting amazing customer service from Shay for the past 2 years, she’s great at her job and will thrive no matter where she goes. I wish I could say the same for Brittney, I asked her for help to find an item and she was rude and made a face as if I was inconveniencing her. If this review was about Shay alone 5 STARS!!!! Brittney would get a 2 lol
