The lady at checkout was horrible. I was using self checkout and remembered I wanted to use cash. She was close by and came over, but was sighing and very short with me. In packing up my items, I accidentally dropped an egg. I could have left it for her, but I kindly asked for paper towels to clean up the mess. She was snappy at me for asking for paper towels.
