Chrissa the cashier was quite possibly the rudest contact I’ve had with a human in customer service in quite some time. She thought it would be a good idea to make rude and snide comments to us the entire check out because my husband placed a box inside the cart to put items in. (Your job is to SIT and scan items and place them in the cart, which was the exact same thing you were doing with or without a box in the bottom.) WOW! I've always been a fan of ALDI's prices and selection, but I am especially fond of the Neosho location. I regularly shop the Neosho store on behalf of a local non-profit, and that often means buying in bulk. The store manager, Jennifer, and the rest of her team have always been tremendously helpful and nothing but positive any time I visit the store. They are an asset to the ALDI brand, and represent the company and our community well. I don't often leave reviews, but they have earned this one.
