2 different times I’ve gone to Aldis I’ve been treated badly by the cashier. One of them I know was a manager. I was talked to very rudely - not greeted or acknowledged or even looked at, and I had witnesses with me both times that also agreed their behavior was rude. I’m sad because I’ve been nothing but kind anytime I’ve gone to anyone in the store and definitely didn’t deserve it. It’s so important when working in customer service to be kind to people.
