Loss prevention measures are now being arbitrarily applied by an angry and confrontational man with a gun. When asked to put my bag behind the counter the first time I complied after asking him to clarify when the new policy was put in place and was told it was always the case. After searching for any written bag policy and finding none I was confused and decided I'd ask a store manager next time it came up.
