The blond cashier has no customer service skills. I returned some spoiled milk on the same day I purchased it, and she behaved like I had done something wrong. I asked if I could get some ice cream to replace the milk, and she stated in a very snobbish tone that she didn't care what I did. My seven year old son was with me, and commented that the cashier is a mean lady. My son was right!
