The only reason I’m making a star here is it won’t allow me if I do not put at least one star, but here’s where my problem start I’ve shopped at this Aldi for years, and it’s disappointing to see how much the customer service has changed. I’ve been doing pickups here for a couple of years. It’s always been very convenient And great service. I usually put my truck door open and the associates usually place the bags will say hello. Confirm my name put the bags in and ask me if they want to close the trunk and we say goodbye thank . This is my go to Aldi but as of late its been disappointing each visit with so many things just tossed around, shelves in disarray and so many products in bad shape where they shouldn't be out to be purchased. I continue to give this store a try with the hope that these messages get across and changes are made.
