I called this number to find out what the hours of operation were in Joplin, MO and if they had a phone because I could not find it anywhere. Since it says here serving the Joplin area I took it to mean that it did service the area, since that is what is says. The person who answered simply said I don't have that answer, look it up online. I stated that I just had & this number said that it served the Joplin area. She said, "Well, I don't know." I asked if there was a supervisor I could talk to and she hung up on me.
