What has happened to retailers in Clinton Iowa? The register charges more if you pay cash which is suspicious. Isn't that illegal? Also I tried to ask the "MANAGER" when an item would be restocked and she ran in the front office and shut the door so she wouldn't have to talk, SO I asked the cashier and the girl with the fake eyelashes said "Duh, I don't know off the top of my head..." all without once even making eye contact.
