🤬 I am one of the many who are absolutely disgusted that Aldi decided to remove the self-checkout registers. I've heard several excuses why, and frankly, I don't care why. The fact that Aldi decided they were going to give customers a demonstrably worse experience tells me everything I need to know. Went for milk and was disappointed to find that this store (Denton, MD) milk is $0.60 more expensive than my regular Aldi's in Milford, DE...
Store is clean, well lit, and well stocked. They have the best fresh fruit of any local grocery store. Staff is great as well.
