Wow I left 1 star 2 years ago, came back to leave a review and saw that. Sadly I can't up that. Poor customer service, if you're paying cash or just want to avoid the self checkout they make you wait extra long and they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. I'm starting to shy away from doing my shopping there.
They seem to like locking up before closing time. 🤷 Why even have posted hours
Kirsten who checked me out today was silent the whole transaction. I have a small child with me she loaded the seat part of the cart and never said a word when i started to clear off the seat for the child to sit. Most the time associates apologize and are pleasant. Not a word. Then when she was done loading the cart she started to push my cart with my child in it away from me. I told her not to do that with the child in the seat and again she never said a word. I used to shop at Aldi all the time when I lived in Hungary, and now I can do the same here in Northfield, MN. Still blows my mind honestly! The prices are not just great, they are ridiculously low. The quality is top notch across the board and the store is clean, organized and super welcoming. They also carry European brands alongside American ones so there is always something fun or familiar to pick up. Love this store!
