I had a very disappointing experience at this store. While shopping, I needed to use the restroom, but the staff told me it was closed because they had just cleaned it and that I should go across the street to find a bathroom instead. That was very inconvenient and unprofessional. On top of that, when I went to self check out, the cashier told me to “be careful not to mess up the register” while scanning my items, as if I was doing something wrong just for checking out.
