I am a previous employee of Alderwood Manor. I will say that the residents were cared for the best they could be due to us NEVER having appropriate staff. There is GOOD managers in this facility, but they are overrun by other managers that don't care at all. There is cliques in the CNAs and they WILL NOT help the others because they are too good to do such, which therefore negatively impacts the residents care for the whole facility. Very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. I was visiting a 91 year old friend when the lense from her eye glasses fell out. When I asked the nurses desk if they had a eye glass kit with screw, the employee searched the desk drawers while another came into her room, turned out the lights, crouched down with his flashlight, searched the floor finding the screw to her frame.
