My mum was in the home for a 2 week break she has Dementia and ended up in casualty after getting her hands on alcohol gel. They rang me told me to get to Hull Royal Infirmary they sent her on her own at 10.30/11pm. No apology. Would not recommend.

Shocking!!!. They could not tell me who the key worker was for my farther-in-law. They had him on a liquid diet for FIVE WEEKS, despite the fact the hospital discharge papers made no reference to this, no wonder he lost so much weight. They claimed he was using his Zimmer frame to make his own way to toilet, when in fact he was unable to get our of bed and he HAD no Zimmer frame in his room, they simply told him to do everything in his pads, how degrading.
