No service...unless ya beg daily... short of help??? extravagant prices for just room and board and then you hire someone to come in and look after your loved one, feed em , change em dress em... Very disappointed ! Dismissed everytime you have a question. Sad. Old folks deserve better in my opinion.
My husband and I toured 6 different communities before moving to Aldersgate and into a spacious cottage, backed by woods, nearly 4 years ago. My wife and I have been living at Aldersgate for over 5 years in the Gateway Expansion section of the campus. We have a two bedroom suite on the third floor overlooking the center of campus activities called Wintergarden. There are concerts almost every week, a Pub to join your friends with indoor and outdoor seating. The food in all 5 venues is delicious. Activities are numerous. I have lived at Aldersgate for almost four years. I made friends fast as all are friendly caring people. The campus is beautiful offering many places to walk and explore. There are daily events offered which can keep anyone busy or choose to hang out in the Winter Garden. Culinary offers many choices in three venues. The food is exceptionally good. Aldersgate independent living is the best.
