Knowledgeable staff at the UK call centre. Very little queuing on the phone. Competitive rates. Nice website and log in process.
Have used Aldermore Bank for about 3 years now, really pleased with the simple process of opening new accounts. Always pay the monthly interest on time. The Web interface is not great, but it`s functional and it works. In my experience, they have been superb and use them for multiple accounts now.
Just opened an account with Aldermore. Great rate of 5%for a period of three years. Could have got a better rate with them for a shorter period but, as I don’t need access to money for foreseeable future and believe rates will be going down, happy with the 5%. I had absolutely no problem opening this account. As soon as I started transferring funds, confirmationof money received was immediately acknowledged. I happily recommend this Bank.
