I honestly had the best massage of my life here.
Excellent service, I feel great after every single session. Kate is wonderful and she always makes sure that she applies the right pressure. I don't understand how but it's like she can read my mind, she knows exactly what spot needs attention and the results are visible. Highly recommend this place.
I found the massage to be okay overall. I did feel there was a lack of adaptability in the approach. Every body is different, and I believe a good massage therapist should be able to tailor the treatment to suit individual client needs. For example, I’ve found that my muscles respond best when they’re properly warmed up first. My previous therapist would incorporate hot stones into remedial sessions to help with this.
