What an amazing place, with staff that are exceptional and outstanding with there care and support. Having very recent experience with most of the staff team, I can honestly say that you all deserve medals for your patience and care. You looked after my nanna with the dignity and respect she very much deserved in the few weeks she was with you. You all supported our family through a very difficult time and we can not thank you enough.

Alderlea have taken care of 3 family members my aunt and both my parents this care home is absolutely outstanding the care and attention they give to there patients the staff it's not just a job to them it's there 2nd family and they love and care for each and everyone of there patients Rachel and her team of staff are the best they work as a team they are organised and they all know what they are doing to give there patients the best care I can't thank you all enough 🤗❤️
My Aunty lives in Alderlea now, I live on the other side of the country, during this awful time when I can’t get across to visit her I’m kept up to date and informed of what is happening in my Aunties life.I ring every week and am greeted with a very welcoming attitude and information( whether good or bad) my Aunty suffers from Dementia and tends to lose her balance which has resulted in trips to the hospital, again I am informed and kept up to date with her health.
