Called ahead to make an appointment to take my father to a doctors appointment. Never showed. When I called after ten minute wait I was told it would be 20 minutes. I objected saying I had made an appointment because it was a doctor appointment to which the dispatcher replied - "oh they won't mind" Obviously no cares given.
Have had there services for some time now I have always been blessed...
AL235. Cut soild yellow line on 216 SB. To cut infront of traffic. Scum driver. Typical taxi. Cutting off people and doing illegal manoeuvres to save 5 seconds.
Great Service nothing but a joy to be around very happy with the time waiting and being dropped off at my location and I must say very good people skills.
