Just watched a driver park his car in the accessible spot between the two handicap spots to hangout with his buddies.
Called ahead to make an appointment to take my father to a doctors appointment. Never showed. When I called after ten minute wait I was told it would be 20 minutes. I objected saying I had made an appointment because it was a doctor appointment to which the dispatcher replied - "oh they won't mind" Obviously no cares given.
Have had there services for some time now I have always been blessed...
