Unfortunately I have to give them one star, it won’t let me give 0. We bought a couch from them and it had a 10 year warranty. We have contacted them because the fabric is fraying and the frame is bent and one of the recliners doesn’t work - it is less than 3 years old. I emailed and asked how to get warranty started, I was told to email them a copy of the original receipt, along with videos or pictures (which I did) and I have heard crickets. ⭐️ 1 star — Worst furniture experience I’ve ever had This company sells poorly made furniture and takes zero responsibility when it fails. We purchased a couch less than a year ago. It was assembled correctly and barely used in our previous home. *Very disappointed with both the product condition and the customer service. I purchased a dresser that was represented as a floor model. After delivery, it became clear that the top surface had visible edge damage that was not present or disclosed at the time of purchase. The showroom model did not show this damage. We had an amazing experience with Aldergrove Furniture Warehouse. We purchased a bed set and an L-shaped sofa, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. The prices were the best we found anywhere in the Surrey–Langley area, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish.
