Same experience as another reviewer. Ordered a bed that was listed on the in stock items. Found out after ordering that it was going to be a 5 month delay, almost canceled the order. Over 5 months later it's still not here. Called them after my dealer couldn't get an answer, they wouldn't give me an answer over the phone. We placed our first order directly through Alder & Tweed in June 2021 as a test to see how they are before placing any large orders. We have waited patiently for our order as we were told it would be a September arrival. In mid-October I saw on their website that the products we ordered were in stock and available. I contacted Alder & Tweed for an update to our shipment date. They let me know that the order will be fulfilled on their next product arrival in December.
