After experiencing a broken glass in a sentimental picture frame, I called and was told that, "Yes, they can cut the glass from a piece of glass already purchased. Audrea was very friendly and helpful. My experience was wonderful.

Quick, Efficient and Friendly service. Service department was incredibly friendly and patient. Salesman found the part we needed quickly and had a quote ready for us in minutes. A tech arrived same day, and when the repair needed more parts, Alder made sure to get someone out to finish the job first thing the next morning.
