Sadly my statement still stands, I have never had an issue with the bellaire or Alden branch. The manager personally reached out through the elk rapids branch to apologize for my experience but I am still being treated unfairly but this employee. Twice I have been first in line skipped over to the next line. There is an unwelcoming tone and look from this attendant and it’s unfortunate. I hope she can look over her personal life and treat customers equally.
I have never had an issue with the bellaire or Alden branch but the women in elk rapids tend to be unkind.
I had to beg for months and months to close my account here. They refused to close it so they could keep charging me for having an account (that was not overdrawn btw)... They ended up taking hundreds of dollars out of my taxes. Horrible. I regret walking in this bank.
