By far the best banking experience I have had in my 34 years in business. Shawn Gillen was stellar in helping me switch all my corporate and personal accounts to the Alden State Bank E. Amherst branch. The process was seamless and quick. Refreshing to find professional and efficient service and no phone tag, no waiting for return emails - just prompt, knowledgeable service that I have not found at larger banks. Kudos Alden State Bank and Mr. Gillen!
Shawn has been outstanding to work with! He has helped with opening a bank account through applying for a construction loan! This bank is very personable and understanding. I would recommend going to ASB for all of your banking needs!
So many bank choices in WNY I felt this warranted a review. I stopped in this new branch to discuss some service needs I had recently. The manager was helpful and responsive to my many questions and follow-ups. The teller staff were very friendly greeting me walking in as well, which was actually refreshing. It is a well-lit gorgeous lobby to boot. Very pleased with my service and interactions. The coffee kiosk is nice feature as well. It's worth stopping in if you need banking services.
This branch has been very easy to work with on getting my new home built. Staff is always friendly and helpful with any of my concerns. Would highly recommend.
The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any Bank in WNY. They really take care of you at Alden State Bank and today, that's hard to come by.
