Worst company ever! Have a bad check from Gary for shipping expenses.
Gary is not only an awesome guy, very helpful, but also a legend in the rowing world. I called Alden for spare parts for our Oarmaster, and was fortunate to not only get what we needed that very day to but to speak to Gary and get his insight and recommendations on many aspects of rowing. Ordered Scout rowing rig last week, Gary was super helpful. Received my rig in three days. Great product.
According to the BBB this company is no longer in business. I ordered the Paddle Board Rowing Attachment and 2 carbon oars from them on 6/9/14. They charged me $1225.00 on 6/10/14 but never shipped product. I am unable to reach them by phone and they will not return my emails. FRAUD!
