Horrific customer service . I made a simple call to inquire about the POS system, after being routed to a call center in India or wherever, I was then transferred to a sales rep, who was nasty and couldn’t answer simple questions. We own 30 pizzerias, and this fool just cost them a large account…. hey I hope you are reading this, the customer is always right… remember that before you attack someone trying to purchase your product. Thank God I experienced this before we signed a deal with them!
