Normal 0 Normal 0 Since 1979, the Alcove has been serving youth and families in crisis. We are a shelter for runaway and homeless youth. We also provide individual and group counseling for our residents. Additionally, we provide family counseling for youth who are still in their parents' custody but are in need of respite care. Youth in need of respite care, still in their parents' custody, can stay up to 15 days. We also provide prevention programming in the community.

I loved The Alcove – The Alcove provided me with everything i needed when i needed it, and they were there when my family was having major problems. They housed me when no one else could and they are a lovely facility. I'd go back
