Smooth understandable process
We went to Matt two different times in the past few years for a mortgage and he was exceptionally great each time. 10/10 would recommend to anybody.
Derek at alcova was great! He was super responsive, respectful and actually listened. I typically pay to have my credit report run on a monthly basis but most loan officers don't listen when I tell them about score changes Derek did and it saved us a ton of money in the long run. This is our third mortgage and he was by far our favorite loan officer to work with.
