This place is awful.I do not recommend this place. My son totaled his car. The fire department unhooked the battery as they have to for safety reasons so I took the hand held device with me . I took all the proper procedure to have it removed from the state.. so I called the baiid place and told them it was okayed by the state to be removed so they charged me earlier termination fee plus $75.00 for violation fee because I told them the fire department unhooked the battery..So you tell me how they can charge me that fee when ... read more
