Jerry, Rubble and the whole team are like angels on Earth. When challenging times arise, and you are vulnerable, and you meet people like Jerry and his team, and they help you with such love and kindness, you can’t help but smile. Thank you Jerry!

So glad I found Alcorn Adaptive! Jerry diagnosed a factory defect on my new e-bike and made a video for the manufacturer. They sent me a new part the next day. Jerry and staff are fantastic! Highly recommend!!!

Jerry Alcorn's company demonstrates compassion, helpfulness, and professionalism in all they do for the local disability community. I very highly recommend!

Don’t trust this company if you have a disability, he does not care about you, but only your money. The owner (Jerry) is just another example of a soulless person who should NOT be working in the healthcare industry. I am disabled myself and to Political disability advocacy. I was invited to Washington to speak with representatives and senators about disability law. I have extensive knowledge of the disability ecosystem in America. Shame on this man.

They aren't even a lamp business, and they fixed it no charge and were patient, caring, and radically helpful the whole time. I don't own/use bicycles but wish I did just so I could buy from these guys.... read more
