Poor experience and terrible customer service for Alcohlock. For a device that can falter 24/7, they are only open Mon-Fri. So if your system goes bad after 5pm or weekends, have a backup ride cuz you will be stranded. When you call for service, the service people never call you back (I’ve had this happen 5 times so far). They have a 24 hour line, but it’s useless if they cannot do anything until business hours, so I’m not even sure why they are there. They are as useful as a 3 legged horse.
