I called Alcolock service today with a question, and they told me they would have someone call me back right away. 4 hours later, I called them back and they said "We'll have someone call you back ASAP." This is not the first time this has occurred. If you need emergency service on a weekend you can only get the answering service. Then battery will be drained anfmd your caemr will not start anyway. when the finally get back to you Yoyr
