When they installed my device they snapped my dash panel in half, then when I called and reported it they tried to tell me that I had signed the paper saying it was “previously damaged” and when I told them that was incorrect they changed it to “well actually it said it was brittle” and refused to pay to fix it. I never signed a single thing saying my dash was brittle. If I could leave a 0 I would this place sucks.
I had a appointment at 2:00pm for alcolock machine to be put in my car, the guy that works in there kept rushing me to test breathe making me very nervous, he told me it was going to take 4 hours to put machine in, yes I'm a woman but I've been through this one other time which ended up in me not being able to pay so I turned my license in. So I knew it didn't take that long, But the guy kept saying blow real hard an I kept trying getting very dizzy. I have been very disappointed with the equipment from day one. The unit has been replaced four times and I am still having problems. Have another appointment this week for unit to be replaced again. Very frustrating
Customer service was wonderful! Upon my first lockout code, and first missed appointment, I was able to easily reschedule and extend my lockout date for the following day. Alcolock customer service patiently walked me through the process over the phone to input a new code into my interlock device.
