I had a appointment at 2:00pm for alcolock machine to be put in my car, the guy that works in there kept rushing me to test breathe making me very nervous, he told me it was going to take 4 hours to put machine in, yes I'm a woman but I've been through this one other time which ended up in me not being able to pay so I turned my license in. So I knew it didn't take that long, But the guy kept saying blow real hard an I kept trying getting very dizzy. I have been very disappointed with the equipment from day one. The unit has been replaced four times and I am still having problems. Have another appointment this week for unit to be replaced again. Very frustrating
Customer service was wonderful! Upon my first lockout code, and first missed appointment, I was able to easily reschedule and extend my lockout date for the following day. Alcolock customer service patiently walked me through the process over the phone to input a new code into my interlock device.
Terrible service. Whoever the short guy with dark hair is, was so incredibly rude. Was early to my appointment, cooperative & kind to the worker. I was not able to be consistent with practicing the process of blowing into the device due to low long lung capacity and currently having a broken rib. After being there for 10 minutes he told me he didn’t have time for this and basically kicked me out of his office. Don’t go here. Go to Smart Start in Hickory instead.
