Deryk, from the call center for North Carolina, was FANTASTIC!! 10 out of 10 customer service! I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever had a better customer service experience in my life. Their hours of operation are false they work when they want to. They are unreliable do not go here. They are closed 3 days out of the week and have terrible customer service and are slightly racist.
The Wilmington Alcolock is super unprofessional I tried to arrive at the place for my recall that is on my interlock at 12 PM and they were closed for lunch 12 to 1. I then saw they close at 6:30 so I called the mainline to politely ask them to let them know I will get there at 6 exactly and will be leaving work early to make sure.
