Customer support is poor. You can not reach anybody after hours to reset your machine you have to drive all the way in to have them do it. I had monitech for 6 months before I needed alcolock and monitech can do everything over the phone. These people are not helpful. And the service technician is not kind at all. He's the opposite. The kind of person you'd never deal with unless you absolutely had to. I tried understanding he sees alot of probably rude people, but they most likely give you the same energy you give them man.

I'm not even a month in and I already regret my decision to go through this company. I only needed this device for another 4 months and instead of going through monitech like I did before I choose this place. I have a new battery slightly new alternator and if I don't drive my car every 12 hours regularly my car dies. All their customer support says is this is normal.
