My husband uses this company. Horrible set up here. Customer service is horrible. They act like it is a hassle for them to answer questions, but you are paying them! I think they have the machines set up to get the codes changed on order to make $. You cannot park your car there or they will tow it because they say they don’t own the parking lot. Then WHERE are you supposed to leave your car? What for business doesn’t let you park your car there? It’s a MONEY racket and I’m 100% sure they scam people to make their money.

Be warned this company's product is complete garbage! Problems after problems and just too many issues to list. Had the device removed after 3 months and went to their competitor. It wasn't cheap to switch but at least I have piece of mind now and don't have to worry about the new device not working and paying their ridiculous racket fees for an obvious faulty product.
