These guys are such a scam. The guy with the long pony tail broke my car door and I made a police report when he was working at monitech. Jamie is his name. So I switched to Alcolock and he as perfect for 3-4 months and then look who come along Jamie. Ever since then I have had nothing but problems with them and Jamie. Appointment only, walkins will be given a time to return, we have an in state service rep, if you go to voicemail leave your name and phone, he will get back to you. Understand you will be having an alcohol detector in your vehicle. It is not a drinking detector. It is your responsibility to educate yourself on what to do and what not to do. They are sarcastic and rude. They act like they are the government but really they are just mechanics who get off on pretending to have some power over people who made a bad decision. Especially Bill. Oh, and make sure you take a look at their connections after it’s removed. The sloppiest soldering job I’ve ever seen. Already sent pics to DMV and they said it violates their RFP. They obviously don’t have any management checking behind their work. The place is a joke.
