Friendly staff, they'll be as helpful as they can! But even if you follow the rules- I had it tip on me once for gas fumes at the pump, if you vape it can tip off- (dont go to the dentist either!) at any rate its annoying as all getout and you'll be paying fines for what isnt your fault and going back alot for them to reset the device (*couldn't post w/out a pic)

I am grateful to be able to drive again, but it is a privilege I earned. I've been a part of Alcolock's program for 5 years now and I have had my ups and downs due to unpredictable hours at the Raleigh location but overall, it's definitely worth the price. And it's up to me to follow the rules.
Appointment only, walkins will be given a time to return, we have an in state service rep, if you go to voicemail leave your name and phone, he will get back to you. Understand you will be having an alcohol detector in your vehicle. It is not a drinking detector. It is your responsibility to educate yourself on what to do and what not to do.
