This place is the worst. Please do reasearch before installing a device. Since the device was put into my vehicle I have not been able to move my car. I have been stranded and have been ubering everywhere I go and can't get any help from anyone. They refuse to remove the device. It's a nightmare. Then they want a payment. I will say the receptionist is very nice.
They don’t allow paying customers to use their bathroom due to some corporate policy. Not good !! smarten up Alcolock That’s bad business
This place purposely entraps customers in an endless cycle of thievery. I have been falsely violated and forced to make payments for things that I am 100% did not occur. However they say I must pay or will not get my vehicle back. Do yourself a favor and go to any other alcohol monitoring center. Once they ensnare you in their web you will never be free to live your life ever again.
