And a lot of that besides AA has to do with the Arrogant attitude of Camarillo in general everybody thinks they're better than everybody else I've been here to AA meetings when these women start talking about the property that they inherited how much money they have in the bank has nothing to do with recovery.
I love AA, I relapsed after an accident with 8yrs of sobriety and I miss AA so very much but we know the shame & guilt stop us from coming back to the rooms and that's where I'm at. I know in my heart that AA saved my life once and I know it will again I just need to go, that's why I was on this page to find a meeting. Thank you for being here AA.
These people don't know how to drive much less park. I work in the same complex and the clients are all n horrid people with zero manners. They're parking horribly, stand around smoking in the middle of the parking lot, seriously every other "client" takes up 2 parking spots cause they park purposely bad. When they leave they zoom fast out of the parking lot, my co workers and myself have almost been hit by these inconsiderate drunks.
Matthew does a really good job of being of service for the alcohol community thank you Matthew
Showed up to a couple of meetings and the brothers in Camarillo were not so brotherly! Did not introduce themselves, ridiculed me without asking my name or introducing themselves, wasnt aware of the method of the meeting...I jumped in after the next person was finished talking and was immediately told after I spoke that you need to be called upon. Needless to say wont be going back, very rude and not welcoming for AA. Everywhere else I have been is very Welcoming...dontvgetvit!
