Most useless and incompetent state office I have ever dealt with. They send out documents with grammatical errors. They misspelled Annapolis on their official notice to me. They are located in Annapolis! They make mistakes and don’t acknowledge when they have made them. They make you jump through hoops to correct their mistakes and then don’t do their job once you have provided them the info they request. Half the time you can’t get through to anyone there.
