Always nice and professional. I have noticed how kind and helpful they are to senior citizens. Good hometown folks and run a great business.
I simply need them to answer the many emails and messages I have sent them via website, personal email and over their horrible digital system and kcrowe@atfccom.com refuses to. She emailed me but refuses to respond to mine. I need to get my transfers reinstated that THEY STOPPED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I cannot GET ONE SIMPLE EMAIL BACK. I have a loan with them too and if l do not get my transfers set back up AS I SET THEM UP ...I HOPE THEY DON'T EXPECT LATE FEES TO BE PAID.
