I paid off my car loan in November and am still waiting on my car title. I was told they mailed it out, but there is zero proof of this. I've received two different pieces of mail from Alcoa since, but not the much needed car title. I called a couple times and they are not willing to help or correct their mistake. I asked for my title when I paid off the car, but they wouldn't release it. They do not trust their customers, but we are supposed to trust them? My check cleared.. where's my title? Really helpful and kind staff! They also have a coin machine at the branch on Hall road in Alcoa where you can deposit your coins (if you still use cash :) )
Grandpa got loan on car in May they offered insurance to I pay for car if something was to happen to him..he died in July they will not pay due to him turning 75 in Feb..sad situation an I lay fought on bank for charging him until death certificate was turned in...so sad
