This credit union advertise that they will give you 100 mortage is lie cause i went too try to get a mortage and why advertise something that is ture all banks are liars cause they help back in day when grew up you could get bank to help you i think it wrong to advertise something that is not true i would recommed this place

I cannot say enough good things about my experience today with the Alcoa Federal credit union in Maryville, Tennessee. I went there to do shared branching, and it turned out to be an extremely complicated transaction, through no fault of their own. The teller, Courtney, was kind, patient, gracious, professional, and went above and beyond in helping this transaction get completed. Good for banking services only. Horrible customer service. Been currently on the phone with them for 50 minutes and their final reply "Supervisor is not here today" so they can not help me. Ridiculous!!!!
This branch has terrible customer service. The employees in the drive through have no sense of urgency. After experiencing this 3 or 4 times.....after setting at the drive through today for almost 20 minutes. And still not getting waited on even though I was standing at the front window. I told the teller her service was terrible and left as she still hadn't attempted to wait on me,nor have another employee come to assist whatever program she was having.
