They hold direct deposits from your work paychecks. Never in all our years of banking have we seen that and according to google it’s not really allowed. Very disappointed in this bank.
If you're trying to support your local community, this is not the way to do it. After trying to purchase a phone, I was met with mind boggling incompetence as agents told me my identity was confirmed and my card proceeded to completely lock me out of the card AND my bank account.
