This company is one of the worst things to happen to Durand and surrounding area. You can no longer easily call to get your tank filled like you could when Bauer owned the company and you now get charged a penalty for not using enough. I bought all my appliances and hvac from Bauer's. That is now all gone. I used to buy corn and equipment from the small engine shop at countryside co-op. Can't do that anymore either. Getting charged a "tank rental fee" for not using enough propane seems unethical. I conserved a fossil fuel, and got punished for it. The world we live in.😢
Terrible customer service, terrible contract, terms, penalize people for not using enough fuel penalize people because they want to leave here facility and go to somebody who is way more Reasonably priced with better, Customer service shame on you people. I was a countryside customer for over 30 years and within a year of you guys taking this company over you have driven more than 100 people away that speaks volumes
I have been a country side coop customer for over 40 years and it only took Alcivia just a short couple of years to drive us to another company for all our propane, all of our hvac business along with small engine parts sales. This is uncalled for being a business. I asked one of the people that I talked with do you know what your google rating is and he said he never looked. Well its at 2.6 and declining on a daily basis. The small engines office is fantastic. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and pricing is fair and honest. I have had them service my cub cadet twice now and will continue to use them in the future.
